Panos Pastry's commitment to quality products and customer satisfaction is best expressed in the words of founder and father of Jovina, Panos Zetlian: "If my baklavas are not good enough for my children to eat, then they are not good for my customers to eat."

Panos opened his first bakery in 1953 alongside his wife Alberta in Beirut, Lebanon. After achieving great success in their homeland, in 1981, the Zetlians moved to California and opened the first USA branch of Panos Pastry on Hollywood BoulevardRecent immigrants from Lebanon are sometimes startled to discover a Panos Pastry on Hollywood Boulevard.  In 10 years, a second store opened in Glendale.  Panos Pastry is a landmark in Little Armenia and Jovina and Norik are committed to continuing the family tradition in this important outpost for new and longstanding Armenians in Los Angeles.  Be sure to stop in and get a true taste of Little Armenia when you are in the neighborhood.
